Phoenix VA New Parking Garage

This $8.3M project consisted of the construction of a new, four story parking garage that provided 426 spaces to the Carl T. Hayden VA Medical Center. The structure is pre-cast concrete structural members with a cast-in-place deck overlay. Other scopes included are, LED lighting, fire suppression, two hydraulic elevators, masonry, storm drain, water line and fire line, two dry wells and site improvements.

Briston self-performed over 31,000 square feet of new asphalt paving, 35,000 square feet of mass grading, the export of over 650 cubic yards of waste material, over 2,100 linear feet of curb and gutter, 346 linear feet of water service, 389 linear feet of storm drain and other related work.  In addition, all electrical demolition including the removal of overhead solar canopies, installation of new electrical service, LED lighting throughout the garage, and new HVAC systems was also self-performed by Briston.
